Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination across the continuum of preventative care, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, such as physicians, to plan and evaluate care while demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and state practice standards.
