Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and manage patient triage and education across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise in an assigned clinical setting while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. This travel staffing role requires at least one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience, with a requirement to live at least 60 miles from Bemidji, MN. Candidates must hold an unencumbered RN license and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Weekly pay includes a stipend, and contracts are 14 weeks with rotation options.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
