Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination of care across all phases of preventative and treatment services. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Manage patient outcomes and follow-up as patients move along the continuum of care. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and age-specific standards designated in the assigned clinical setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Accepts a drug screen
- Accepts pre-employment background screening
