Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and coordinate care across the continuum of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Perform patient triage, education, and various nursing interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2758. Located at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
