Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients across all phases of preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care while demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing expertise. Manage patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Work 36 hours weekly at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND, starting at a rate of $2,758. Maintain an unencumbered RN license and required department-specific certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
