Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care planning, and manage patient triage, assessment, and education across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association guidelines. This 12-hour night shift role at Bismarck Med Ctr requires a minimum of one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience, with applicants living at least 60 miles from the location. Weekly pay includes a stipend, and contracts are 14 weeks with extension options.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
