Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and manage patient triage, education, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act while caring for patients in all phases of preventative care, diagnosis, and health maintenance. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards designated for the assigned clinical setting at Bismarck Med Ctr. This 12-hour night shift role requires 36 weekly hours and at least one year of RN experience, including six months of travel experience. Applicants must live at least 60 miles from the location. Solutions By Sanford offers 14-week contracts with stipends included in weekly pay, alongside Sanford benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
