Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient education and triage across the continuum of care. Manage patient assessment, diagnosis, and follow-up while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires at least one year of experience, six months of travel experience, and living 60 miles from Bismarck, ND. Offers 12-hour night shifts with a 36-hour weekly schedule and a 14-week contract option. Includes weekly pay with stipend, Sanford benefits, and eligibility for health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must pass pre-employment background screening
