Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and coordinate patient care across the continuum, from preventative health maintenance to treatment and follow-up. Manage patient triage, education, and various nursing interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, BSN preferred, and unencumbered status in the state of practice. Located at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND with 36 weekly hours and a starting rate of $2,758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
