Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and manage patient triage, education, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Perform assessments, implement interventions, and coordinate care while adhering to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting at Bismarck Med Ctr. This 12-hour night shift role requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel history, with applicants living 60 miles from the location. Contracts are 14 weeks with an option to extend or move to another Sanford site.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
