Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and coordinate patient triage and education. Manage patient assessment, outcomes planning, and implementation across the continuum of care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and Sanford standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical settings for patients in preventative care, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience, with a weekly schedule of 36 hours on rotating 12-hour shifts. Live at least 60 miles from the Bemidji, MN location.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
