Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, manage patient triage, and coordinate care plans across the continuum of health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to implement and evaluate care while adhering to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Deliver patient education and interventions within the full scope of nursing expertise for patients in all phases of their journey.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
