Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and manage patient triage, education, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice, adhering to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Cares for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, and diagnosis while coordinating care plans in assigned clinical settings. Requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience, with a weekly schedule of 36 hours on rotating 12-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
