Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate care as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, address patient concerns, collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and provide direct patient care as needed. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understand their unique needs to facilitate recovery, and support rehabilitation goals using advanced technology. Qualifications include RN licensure, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), CRRN preferred, and prior experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
