Job Summary
Provide high-quality resident care in an aged care setting within a not-for-profit organisation. Deliver and oversee clinical care for residents as part of a diverse, multidisciplinary team, guided by regulatory standards and quality-improvement activities. Maintain person-centred care, effective communication, ability to work independently, and compliance with checks and clearances (Police/NDIS). Night-shift duties (2200–0730) at Lyneham, ACT with AHPRA-registered RN authority and unconditional accreditation.
Required Qualifications
- Full AHPRA accreditation with unconditional provisions
- Minimum 12 months post-graduate experience as a practicing clinician in hospital or aged care setting
- Valid Police Check or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check (or potentially both) before commencing employment
