Job Summary
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and administer medications and treatments accurately. Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families on treatment plans, and monitor progress to adjust care as needed. Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, standards, and protocols across ICU, ER, OR, Labor & Delivery, and Pediatrics specialties. Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, and/or PALS certification as required per specialty
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in your specialty
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
