Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the WOW Program, you will provide nursing care to assigned patients, assessing their needs, making nursing diagnoses, and implementing individualized care plans based on specific population guidelines. This role requires effective communication and excellent customer service skills, with a mandatory requirement of two years of telemetry experience and a current RN license. The position offers a hourly rate of $45 plus a $4 night shift differential, requiring unit-based work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
