Job Summary
Provide case management for patients, administer wound care fundamentals, and deliver clinical treatments while adhering to hospital standards and HIPAA policies. Act as a patient advocate by planning, organizing, and directing nursing functions during clinic sessions, ensuring efficient care delivery with physician guidance. Monitor patient cases, collaborate with healthcare providers and medical directors, and prioritize tasks to manage multiple patients simultaneously. Requires current Texas RN license, 3+ years of management experience, and BLS certification. Full-time role with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- RN with current Texas License
- Current CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association
- 3+ years of Management experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Exceptional Time Management skills
- Good Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
- Customer Service oriented with a focus on patient satisfaction
