Job Summary
Wound-care focused Registered Nurse (RN) in a 60-bed skilled nursing community. Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders; administer medications and treatments; assess residents and report changes promptly; document care in the EMR; supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs; ensure infection control and safety compliance; collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity. (in good standing)
- CPR certified
- Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
- Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
