Registered Nurse (RN) Wound Care Center - Per Diem

Review patient visits for referral eligibility to the Hyperbaric program and wellness services. Collect data on patient episodes and follow-ups to maintain department statistics. Answer community inquiries with appropriate clinical information via phone and in person. Establish and maintain the insurance matrix for participating physician offices. Coordinate workflow, patient assignments, and supply inventory within the center. Provide education to patients and families regarding disease processes, treatment plans, and health promotion activities. Evaluate patient progress and goal attainment following discharge. Clean rooms between patient use and demonstrate autonomy to work independently. Support operations by floating between units and providing 1:1 patient observation when necessary. Perform data gathering and coordinate services with other healthcare personnel to meet center standards.
