Registered Nurse (RN) Wound Care Center - Per Diem

Review patient visits for referrals to the Hyperbaric program and wellness services while collecting data on visit episodes to maintain department statistics. Answer community inquiries with clinical information, establish insurance matrices for physicians, and coordinate workflows and patient assignments within the center. Provide education to patients and families regarding disease processes, treatment interventions, and health promotion activities. Evaluate patient progress post-discharge, monitor supply inventory, and clean rooms between patient use. Demonstrate autonomy to float between units as an RN and provide 1:1 patient observation when necessary. Maintain productivity within guidelines while supporting operations and contributing to performance improvement initiatives.
