Job Summary
Assess patients' conditions, record medical histories and symptoms, and observe patients to document observations. Administer medicines and treatments, then set up care plans or contribute information to existing plans. Educate individuals and their caretakers regarding patient status and care requirements. Maintain NYS RN license and registration while holding BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Submit proof of updated titers for measles, mumps, rubella, HepB, and flu vaccination.
