Job Summary
Assess patients' conditions, record medical histories and symptoms, and observe patients to document observations. Administer medicines and treatments, then set up or contribute to individual care plans. Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and clinical data. This role requires an active NYS RN license, BLS certification, and proof of updated immunization titers for measles, mumps, rubella, HepB, and flu. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED along with a nursing diploma or certificate.
