Job Summary
Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality. Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants and operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility's written policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality with excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills. This role offers an active RN license requirement, current CPR certification, and a starting pay of up to $47.00/hr with a $10,000 sign-on bonus at Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute, a 176-bed facility committed to person-directed care and quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of residence
- Current/active CPR Certification
- Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
