Job Summary
RN opportunities at Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute (176-bed facility) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Provide direct and compassionate care to patients/residents, supervise day-to-day activities of nursing assistants, ensure compliance with policies, and operate under Federal, State, and Local standards. Required Qualifications
