Registered Nurse (RN), Wonder Center, PT, Days

Provide direct patient care, education, and support to patients in the medical day treatment setting while functioning as a clinical resource and consultant. Coordinate and deliver care based on detailed treatment protocols without direct physician supervision. Assess health histories, evaluate care effectiveness, and develop comprehensive plans of care addressing medical, emotional, and developmental needs. Plan daily activities, document interventions, and perform prescribed medical procedures while ensuring patient safety through environmental rounds and adherence to protocols. Serve as a primary contact for families, participate in admissions, and assist new team members. Contribute to unit sustainability by championing new tools, completing checklists, and delivering education to co-workers. Work a day shift at the Wonder Center facility, reporting to a supervisor.
