Registered Nurse,(RN) Womens Services

Conduct plan-of-care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments on a 6-bed Women's Services unit. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physician, and family while assisting with activities of daily living such as hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation. Document all patient care provided and collaborate across disciplines to coordinate transfers, discharges, and psychosocial support needs. Evaluate patient and family learning requirements to provide appropriate education. Requires RN license, BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 12 months, and ASLS certification. Full-time nights 7p-7a schedule at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon, KY.
