Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level III NICU), and Inpatient Pediatrics as a float pool nurse. Rotate through these four specialized areas to ensure safe and optimal outcomes for patients and families. Maintain BLS, NRP, PALS certifications, with ACLS preferred, while holding Delaware RN licensure or eligibility. Requires at least two years of acute care experience in women's and children's services. Full-time 72-hour pay schedule includes 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with holiday and weekend commitment. Eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus paid over two years. Required Qualifications
- BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
- At least TWO years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in acute care
- Women's and Children's services areas listed above required
- BLS certification required
- NRP certification required
- PALS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware required
