Registered Nurse (RN) | Women's Center - Labor and Delivery

Delivers nursing care by developing nursing diagnoses, establishing care objectives, defining interventions, and providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families. Coordinates with the healthcare team, reviews physician prescriptions, documents patient status, educates patients and families on conditions and self-care, and maintains infection-control practices and safety standards. Builds nursing care plans through histories, examinations, and collaboration with family and care team; ensures appropriate documentation and ongoing evaluation of outcomes; supports patient education and self-care understanding. Maintains a safe, secure patient care environment and adheres to regulatory and organizational standards. Requires RN licensure and active state license; includes responsibilities such as charting, medication administration, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
