Job Summary
Perform Nonstress Tests (NSTs) according to established clinical protocols while monitoring and documenting fetal heart rate, uterine activity, and patient responses. Recognize and escalate abnormal findings to providers, assist with patient care, and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record. Provide clear, compassionate education to patients about NSTs and monitor them during testing to respond appropriately to changes in maternal or fetal status. Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical standards while acting as a calm, reassuring presence for nervous patients. This full-time on-site role at Women's Care clinic in Eugene, OR, includes a 32-hour week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) with a starting pay range of $39.21 to $47.24. One year of OB/GYN experience and a current Oregon RN license are required, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid RN Oregon state nursing license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA
- One year of OB/GYN experience preferred
