Registered Nurse RN to provide direct patient care to residents at LeRoy Village Green Residential Healthcare Facility in Le Roy, NY. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, developing and implementing individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team, monitoring resident condition and vital signs, maintaining accurate records, communicating with residents, families, and healthcare team members, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications
