Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with company, federal, state, and local standards to ensure the highest degree of quality care and dignity. You will guide and support a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs, ensuring optimal resident care. Preferred qualifications include nursing experience in a skilled nursing environment and familiarity with PointClickCare. Required qualifications include an active RN license, degree in Nursing, and CPR/BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- CPR/BLS
- Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Desired Qualifications
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
- Experience with PointClickCare
