Job Summary
Conduct emergency nursing care in a Level III Trauma Center and participating trauma hospital within the Delaware Trauma System. Manage patient flow and provide critical interventions for a 48-hour pay schedule spanning 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., including weekend and holiday coverage. Maintain BLS certification and hold a BSN or commit to obtaining one within three years of hire. Work at Wilmington Hospital, a fully modernized 321-bed facility serving as ChristianaCare's corporate headquarters with aero-medical transport capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- BSN required or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire
- At least one year of experience in a med/surgical unit or ED required
- BLS required
- Weekend and holiday requirements per hospital practice

- ALCS strongly preferred
