Job Summary
Conduct emergency nursing care in the Wilmington ED Level III Trauma Center, managing medical, cardiac, and traumatic emergencies across 37 beds. Provide direct patient support during the 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. overnight shift, which includes weekend and holiday requirements. Maintain BLS certification and possess at least one year of experience in a med/surgical unit or ED. Commit to a two-year tenure to receive the $20,000 sign-on bonus. Work within a Magnet Status hospital recognized for high-quality health care and aero-medical transport capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- BSN required or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire
- At least one year of experience in a med/surgical unit or ED required
- BLS required
- Schedule: This position is 72 hour per pay, 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
- This has a weekend and holiday requirement per company practice
