Job Summary
Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment. Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager, perform medication administration and treatments, and monitor residents' conditions while promptly reporting changes. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations. Work at Willow Brook Rehabilitation, a 142-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility offering compassionate, resident-centered care in a home-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of MA
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
