Job Summary
Complete nursing assessments, administer medications, and respond to changes in patient condition while collaborating with medical, mental health, nursing, and custody teams. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and strictly follow established clinical, safety, security, and infection-control procedures. Requires an Associate degree in nursing, active Georgia RN license, and current CPR or BLS certification. One year of RN experience is required; security clearance, including drug screening and background checks, is mandatory. Full-time day shift coverage Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM, with every other weekend and some holiday rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing
- Active RN license in Georgia or an applicable compact state, in good standing
- Current and active CPR or BLS certification
- 1 year of RN experience
- Ability to obtain the required security clearance, which may include a drug screen and criminal background check
