Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment. Implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager, perform medication administration and treatments, and monitor resident conditions while promptly reporting changes. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with physician orders and facility policies, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations. This role supports compassionate, high-quality nursing care at a 180-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility.
