Registered Nurse (RN) - Wellstar Health System

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized, high-quality patient care. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and case reviews while partnering with patients and families to set care goals. Mentor preceptors and staff, participate in shared governance and performance improvement initiatives, and develop protocols to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and clinical practice standards aligned with the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and TJC safety goals. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available across all units with sign-on bonuses, relocation, and acuity differentials.
