Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Salem Crossing, you will deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents on the night shift, collaborating with the care team to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. You will administer and manage medications, conduct thorough assessments, document changes in resident conditions, and participate in coordinated, comprehensive resident care. The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership in care delivery, compassionate presence, interpersonal communication, and adherence to the C.A.R.E. values to support a respectful and positive work environment. This position is based in Salem, Indiana, with full-time night hours (6pm–6:30am) and a scope that includes geriatric nursing within an Indiana-based facility.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
