Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions while managing medications proficiently. Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents through supportive presence and meaningful relationship development. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, fostering teamwork and respectful communication within the care environment. Apply C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, and staff to exceed their needs. Full-time and part-time roles available in days and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
