Job Summary
Provide comprehensive nursing care to geriatric residents at Riverview Village. duties include assessments, medication management, and collaboration with the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality resident care. Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication, leadership, teamwork, and a compassionate presence to support residents and staff. Requires Indiana RN license and adherence to C.A.R.E. values; 12-hour shifts available (days or nights) with shift differential for nights and weekends. Role supports both full-time and part-time schedules and offers a range of benefits and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
