Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Rosewalk Village, you will develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff while delivering comprehensive nursing care to promote physical and psychosocial well-being. You will collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated resident care, provide leadership to promote teamwork, and maintain thorough documentation of resident condition changes. The role emphasizes supportive presence, interpersonal communication, and adherence to C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence) in a geriatric-senior care setting. This is a full-time role with benefits available for both full-time and part-time schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
