Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate RN care in a skilled nursing setting on weekend shifts (6am-6pm), including medication administration, monitoring resident status, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safety and quality. Responsibilities include documenting care to regulatory standards, following infection control and safety protocols, and communicating with residents and families about care needs. Requires an active Iowa RN license, CPR certification, and knowledge of long-term care regulations. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing (Iowa)
- CPR certification (current)
