Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, resident assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation while supervising Nursing Assistants and staff during weekend shifts. Monitor resident conditions, communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations. Serve as the clinical leader for the weekend nursing team, promoting a safe and respectful environment. Requires an active North Carolina RN license, CPR certification, and one year of Long-Term Care experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current, active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
