Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, resident assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation in accordance with individualized care plans. Supervise nursing assistants and staff during weekend shifts, monitor resident conditions, and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Serve as the clinical leader for the weekend nursing team while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Maintain a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff. Requires an active North Carolina RN license, CPR certification, and one year of Long-Term Care experience.
