Job Summary
Assess, document, and monitor patient conditions in accordance with state/federal guidelines and Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures. Administer prescribed medications and treatments while receiving and executing physicians' orders. Direct and coordinate the delivery of quality patient care by subordinate staff, ensuring care plans are evaluated and implemented. Maintain EMR documentation for patient assessments and evaluations. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
