Registered Nurse (RN)-WEEKEND SUPERVISOR-SOLERA WEST HOUSTON

Oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending physicians. Assess, report, and document patient conditions and changes in accordance with clinical policies and state/federal guidelines. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while receiving, transcribing, and executing physicians' orders. Direct, monitor, and coordinate the timely delivery of quality patient care by subordinate staff. Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are routinely serviced and incorporated into care delivery. Maintain EMR documentation relevant to patient assessments, evaluations, and condition changes. Requires a valid RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing school.
