Job Summary
Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements while establishing a compassionate environment for residents and families. Answer questions and requests from residents and staff, implement rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment, and monitor confidential information processing. Manage documentation of resident care services and promote cooperative relationships among health care teams. Requires a valid RN license, minimum three years of Long-Term Care experience, and familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs. Works mornings (7am-3pm) or evenings (3pm-11pm) in Argyle, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
- Basic computer skills
