Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) with weekend package nights providing direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, collaborating with CNA/LPN/provider and other interdisciplinary team members, communicating care needs to residents and families, documenting care to meet clinical and regulatory standards, and adhering to infection control, safety, and compliance protocols. Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6 PM–6 AM, Cedar Rapids, IA (in-person).
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing (Iowa) or ability to activate
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
