Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment while supporting daily clinical operations to ensure quality and safety. Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly to status changes. Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members, communicating effectively with residents and families regarding care needs. Document care accurately to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards while following infection control, safety, and compliance protocols. This Registered Nurse role offers weekend package nights (6 PM–6 AM Friday through Sunday) with competitive hourly pay plus shift differentials. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing
- License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
